If you have more than one person creating a bill you can merge two or more bills together to make the complete bill. Just create a new blank project and click on File / Merge and select the first bill to merge then File / Merge again and select the second bill (and so on) The merged bill will auto deduplicate when printed and also add quantities of items with identical descriptions.
