I am using this software however where I am located uses units such as square and cubic yards. I was wondering if there is a way to get these units as I cannot seem to find them in the drop down unit menu. Also how can I change the currency at the top from pounds sterling to dollars($)?

With QSPro you can add whatever units you wish. Open QSPro with no bill open choose Tools then options and click on the Units tab
Add the units (eg ft3) and the dims (3 in this case) then these will be available to you.
For the currency symbol you need to edit the printer template. Choose printer templates then edit (box1.qst) for example. In the Fixed Text section (tab 3/4) change £ to $ and p to c
